I booked 3 nights in this hotel ( 25 until 28 Feb 2013 ) and as of the terms and conditions the cancellation is free 48 hours before and the credit card only for confirming the booking... 20 minutes after the payment they deducted the amount from my credit card so I called and I want to cancel my booking and I talked to the sales manager and he used a very rude words and refused to do the free cancellation and asked me to pay for the first night so I called Booked.net and they also couldn't do anything for me. I will never go to this hotel again.

The hotel has friendly and helpful staff, including the receptionists from Bangladesh and Egypt. The bell boy and housekeeping were also accommodating. The location in Deira is great for city tours. The rooms are clean and the hotel lobby is well decorated. The price was competitive.

I liked the way I treated by hotel staff. The staff of the hotel are very loyal. I did check out and I left my wallet in my room. After a few days I received a phone call from the hotel management informing me that my wallet was found by a housekeeping staff. I was surprised since I did not expect that I left my wallet at hotel and if I left it there it would have been taken! It is my first time to hear that there are hotel staff loyal as in Kings Park Hotel!
